AGM The rules have been revised and the AGM will, in future be held in the summer term, this year on the 2nd July.

During the Christmas term members of the PTA assisted at the School Open Mornings, offering information to prospective new parents. We ran a Christmas Bazaar in the Zimmerman Main Hall, open to the public, which was a great success. There was a Christingle Service in the Cathedral for years 5, 6, 7 and 8, and PTA volunteers spent a happy morning making the Christingles.

Burns Night on the 25th January at Lyde Arundel included mulled wine, a hot evening meal, whiskey shots and Scottish dancing and was a huge success.  “The most fun I’ve had for years!” was one comment.

The Annual March 7s Rugby Event      at Wyeside on the 24th February was blessed this year with good weather.  The PTA provided hot food and cakes all day. 

Quiz Night on the 18th April was a huge success with more teams than ever taking part, including several teams of our school students, who benefited from their up-to-date knowledge of Sports and Pop Trivia!!

PTA May Ball                                                                                    Friday 16th May

This Grand Spring Event, with an Oriental theme, is to be held at Wyeside.  Following last year’s huge success, there will be an evening meal and dancing. Tickets are still available.  Please contact the Secretary, any member of the Committee or your year representative.

OH Regatta                                                                                        22nd June

The PTA will be providing coffee, tea, squash and cakes at this popular summer event.
